红星新闻获悉，2017年8月10日，庆阳市公安局西峰分局将李某奕被猥亵案立为刑事案件进行侦查。11月20日，侦查终结后，该案被移送至西峰区人民检察院进行起诉。但经审查，2018年3月1日，西峰区人民检察院作出不起诉决定。李某奕遂向庆阳市人民检察院提起申诉。
